Oh hell, have to pick just one? Edward Scissorhands is a classic. The first Pirates of the Caribbean was a great movie + Jack Sparrow is an awesome character. Secret Window was great. Sweeney Todd, he sings! I just love how he gets totally into his characters. One of my favorite actors.
